Data collected and purposes
This website has no contact form: you are never asked for any information while browsing. Only two processing operations take place.
Getting in touch. When you write by email, WhatsApp or phone, the information you choose to share (name, contact details, date and description of your project) is used solely to reply to you, prepare a quote and, where applicable, organise the session.
Audience measurement. Traffic is measured with Umami, self-hosted by SoberCloud in France. Statistics are aggregated at collection time (page views, country, device type, referring site), with no cookies, no unique identifier and no IP address retained: they allow no re-identification.
Legal bases
Enquiries and quotes: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, then performance of the contract (article 6.1.b GDPR). Audience measurement: the editor's legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used (article 6.1.f GDPR), strictly limited to audience measurement and exempt from consent on that basis.
Recipients
Your data is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. The only recipients are the website editor and its host, SoberCloud (SAS, Briançon), which also hosts the audience-measurement solution. All data remains hosted in France: no transfer outside the European Union takes place.
Retention periods
Correspondence relating to an enquiry that did not lead to a booking: 3 years from the last contact. Contractual and accounting records: 10 years, in accordance with article L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code. Traffic statistics: kept in aggregated, anonymous form only.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning you. To exercise these rights, write to hello@laramonphoto.fr; you will receive an answer within one month.
Complaints
If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, cnil.fr.
